What is a SCR DeNOx WASTE Catalyst?

SCR DeNOx WASTE Catalyst is what is left of as waste with a decreased catalytic reaction efficiency after using SCR DeNOx Catalyst for a long period of time. These waste catalysts carry high priced rare metals such as tungsten, vanadium, and titanium. However, up until now its entire amount was put to waste and buried due to the lack of recycling technology.

What is a SCR DeNOx SCR Catalyst?

SCR Catalyst is a device or key that decreases NOx (Nitrogen Oxide), which occurs when burning fossil fuel, such as coal and fuel. Its usage is increasing in size due to heightened environmental regulations around the world.

What is SCR DeNOx Waste Recycling?

SCR De NOx Waste Recycling technology recovers rare metal components, such as tungsten, vanadium, and titanium, from waste catalysts through wet and dry unit processes. Initially the entire size of the waste was put to waste and dumped. The technology prevents the worsening environmental pollution generated by burying through decreasing industrial wastes and creates high-value products by recovering rare metals.

Definition of
SCR Recycling Technology

utilizes Alkali fusion to extract tungsten and vanadium among catalysts and leaves titanium as residuum for separation. Solution that carries tungsten and vanadium goes through unit processes, including refinement, precipitation, recovery, and separation. Tungsten is recovered in a form of Na2WO4 and vanadium is recovered in the form of V2O5 respectively. The titanium residuum is manufactured into a high-purity TiO2 powder through a series of wet purification process.
